Coach Interviews

Warning! This post contains positivity.

There is an interview with Jon Callard up on the Offy. It makes him sounds a bit more than just a 'part time consultant' and is quite a decent read.

Jon Callard gets a kick....

It felt like quite a refreshing piece, from someone who doesn't necessarily have much of a tie to the club from previous times (e.g. Cueto, Anglesea).

It also hints at a reveal for one of life's great mysteries, and identifies Pete Anglesea's role as a forwards coach.

Look forward to the Anglesea interview on how the forwards coaching is going.

Depends on how you look at it. The maul issues are as much personnel rather than coaching.

We have generated quick ball from the forwards, and haven't been turned over at the breakdown much, if at all, so something is going well with the coaching. The lineout will resolve itself, which leads the maul as the major concern. Hopefully Webber and Aulika can improve that.
