I thought that the CVC cash was meant to go towards infrastructure programmes but then PL clubs will put it towards boosting their playing squads by paying over-inflated salaries to their marquee foreign players at the detriment to the English game.

Not sure any Premiership club, even with the CVC loot, is truly financially viable. Some have better benefactors than others.

Looks like all CVC windfall has been used for in Tigers case is to clear monies owing and allow Club to be offered for sale debt free. Would that Carnegie had possibly had a similar fall back situation!

I checked out their website. As with everything they do it is very impressive with links to the amateur adult game through Exeter Athletic, and youth sections.
