I started as a neutral but am currently wanting Saracens to win. Such defence, cracking match, we can only aspire to this level of skill, discipline and accuracy

And not sh#tting the bed when we get a bit of a bad break. They were unlucky to be 10-0 down but fought their wy back into contention.

Sarries have become the new tigers. Power, majesty and the hammer of the gods.

Can we please recruit a defence coach in the same league as the Sarries or Leinster equivalents!
Brutal stuff and fantastic performance by Sarries team.

Good to see a club side winning it.

Agreed - even if it had to be Sarries. No slur intended on the players who were magnificent and the coaches whom I wish we had.

Can we have the other half as well, with the recruitment skills as well.

We are literally ,for next season definitely , not on the same level and deservedly so ,yesterdays final was a demonstration, if one was needed , of how far we have to travel to be competitive.

It was the intensity and self belief that was key. 10-0 down, Itoje in the bin, lost both starting props. No dramas, just kept working.
The workrate of their defence strangled Sexton out of the game, hes talented but goes missing on the back foot.
The pace with which they attack is streets ahead of where we are currently. Shows what we need to do. Runners are dynamic, players come onto the ball at pace, there is variation in the attack. No passing to a man stood still. No aimless side to side passing with nobody straightening up, or plan b of one out runners.
Congratulations to Sarries.

I think you'll find that their key delivery of players comes from their community engagement and young talent development programmes
Not dissimilar to what Bristol are rolling out

Gotta look beyond the borders of private schools for that.

Or we could just go after Alex Sanderson and make him our head coach. Always very impressed with him. Unfortunately we are now that bad that he might think the number 2 role at Sarries is a better option....

That is how we used to operate when we won back to back Eurppean Cups.

We have gone backwards at a rate of knots, Our senior management are just not good enough.

Teams supporters arrived at WR in the hope of a losing bonus pint, these days most teams expect to roll Tigers over and pocket five points.

We have a very long way to go to replicate our European cup days.
