I post this regarding the allegations suggesting Sarries have broken the salary cap. Nothing has been proved yet but if the cap was breached then the club must be punished,
All the Prem club forums have a thread on the issue. However the extent, vitriol and what seems to me to be bitter, childish glee posted on the Wasps forum is an attack hiding their own self entitlement to win things.
A quote aimed at Sarries "A disgusting club" is just not acceptable.
Whatever the outcome it hasn't been influenced by the Sarries supporters so stand strong and ignore the gloating idiots. I haven't posted on their forum as an argument with their likes cannot be won.
I hope we meet in the final again this year. Its our turn to win!
Just a rugby club from Devon.

Many thanks, I appreciate the sentiment.
I also agree, if we have broken the salary cap then we should be punished.

Many thanks SPD and agree (with the exception of you winning of course!) it is always good to debate with fellow rugby fans but the team who cannot be named do not debate - just shout loudly! As you say entitled and bitter as to where their club has headed.

The team who cannot be named have just got beaten, at home, by the table proppers. Well done to Newcastle!

But some of them will still come on here trying to stir things up... sad...

Did write something to post up on one of the threads about Dai out - polite and constructive - but then deleted and thought what was the point to only be told to **** off!

Very wise to stay away, I feel for the decent supporters of that team as they seem to have a few not so nice ones trolling around.

What most of the fans throwing so much vitriol at sarries fans completely fail to appreciate is we are also very passionate about our club and will naturally be very defensive when we are attacked, especially to the extent we have been. If their club was in the same position they would act in exactly the same way, and anybody who pretends otherwise is delusional or a liar

Actually Sarricen I think it's a bit more nuanced than that. I have seen & heard many long standing Saracens supporters voice the opinion that if the club has breached the laws (complex as they are) we should feel the full force of that breach. However what is certainly delusional is that breach or no breach Saracens are not unique in trying to gain an edge in a professional sport - it's the effect of money coming into the game. There are good and bad aspects to it.
I'd go so far as to say that even if we were found to be in breach of the salary cap rules my support and passion for the club would not diminish. I'd be disappointed but hey, life's full of those right!

But that was because Nigel paid the officials (for clarity of debate, that IS sarcasm!)
