STOP PRESS - GUY MERCER CALLED UP FOR LIONS

Looking at the Bath Official site, is that Faletau as the picture looks like Guy Mercer to me?

Am I wrong or is his spectacular, aggressive, physical (penalty magnet) playing style going to fit in with Warrenball? I never knew he had it in him!

Unless they have changed the pic it definitely looks like Mr Faletau to me.

BoB always says he tells it as he sees it.

The OP goes a long way to explain why so many often disagree with him. Or have the club changed the pic?

Thirded.

Very unpleasant. Zero class.

I sincerely apologise for any offence caused by my misguided attempt at some humour, and it would appear, my not correctly recognising the player originally. When looking at the photo again, I realised the player was wearing a Clash shirt and therefore it could not be GM. Although,I do say there is some similarity in appearance between the two players.

I do not enjoy causing offence and am truly sorry for my actions.

BoB I know you don't rate Mercer, but you cant say he doesn't have the commitment to the club, passion etc which is your bugbear with the recent team performances, if anything he tries too hard sometimes

Woody - It was a crass and boring comment in the first place. I say let it go. No need to make it an analysis of the captain.
