Thatís a shame, infinitely better and more professional than his predecessor. Spoke to Gus on many an occasion and always found him to be friendly and open

They both seemed pretty terrible in their own ways

Itís definitely more of a pushing rather than a resignation as the new owners want to bring there own people in which is fair enough. Personally I found Gus helpful and honest and the same can be said for Jim before him, both had there own styles.

I wish him all the best for the future and pretty certain he will be in the East Midlands cricket scene very shortly.

Gus has been on gardening leave since the takeover but obviously now agreements have been reached so the news is official.

I believe Cecil is still president but he no longer sits on the board.

The new owners are certainly great communicators with their customers, aren't they - They are really keen to name the new MD!(Sm130)

This isn't new news. From the Companies House records, Gus ceased to be a director of WRFC Trading Ltd on 28th September. As did Greg Allen, John Crabtree, Cecil Duckworth and Anthony Glossop.

Maybe David Seymour will finally pop up somewhere?
