There have been a steady stream of articles during the close season and I thought that it might be useful to copy them in here:-

Does this underline the difficulties of transition from SH to Premiership?

Very pleased to see a worthy, and unlucky with injuries, player find a new berth but is this an illustration of an oversupply / under demand for such players?

I must admit to knowing very little about this new recruit.

A38, Montgomery is a local Ulster lad, came up from The All Ireland league, and is well regarded. Apparently a very nice bloke, and was playing well for Banbridge RFC until spotted by Ulster.

Made his one start for Ulster in Jan this year, seems a suspiciously quick move doesn’t it?

Perhaps he’s been talking to Niall, and perhaps things weren’t looking great at Ulster?

Shades of a certain young winger at Scarlets a few seasons ago??

Who knows, but he sounds very tidy indeed.

I read this article A38 and it re-inforced in my mind that there are many factors that we just don't see/know about that bring sucess. How we treat each other was an interesting comment?
