Assirati with two very strong showings in the U20s world championships, dominated England's scrum & also scored a try showing decent strength & a good turn of pace. I found myself last season being too critical of him at a senior level but I forgot just how young he is, a serious prospect behind Dillon but I still think we need to fork out for an established senior TH to help them both develop.

Rhys Carre also put in a very decent shift imo, Ward playing at 12 didn't look at 12 but still looked decent, natural 13/wing no doubt though.

Botham was immense in the first game, wouldn't be surprised to see more of him next season with Sams Lions involvement & Navidi used more at 8 when Nick isn't available.

All of the Blues contingent have done well so far for the U20s, have to get a win up next against Samoa though!

Watching the Samoa game now, and Assiratti's just floated out a lovely miss pass to set up a counter attacking try. The past couple of games I've seen of him, I'd say he's been working on his handling. Dropped a few easy passes for Ponty and us towards the end of the season, but so far for the U20s he's been improved in that aspect of his game.

Ben Jones is looking like a decent prospect too.
