Has Cai ever played in the 2nd row, or it a typo?

No typo Cai is locking out. Expect he'll be lifting in the lineout!

Great performance lads, rest up next week & let's get ready for 3 huge games on the spin.

Great to see the respect shown at the start of the match for our women's captain Maria Thompon who passed away last week, and thanks to our club pastor Rev Paul Hill for his kind words.

A welcome return to winning ways on Saturday. Man of the match was Marc Weir (prop), the London Welsh youth system product continues to impress with his all round game, and a special mention needs to be given to his front row colleagues Ben Cullen and Sam Mahoney for a very dominant scrum.

Some other good performances, with centres Rhys Howells and Ben Francis carrying well, and a debut for young scrum Elis Staines.

Even though the scoreline was impressive and the all important bonus points achieved there is still lots to work on for the squad in training, and they will be need to execute skills under more pressure than on Saturday in upcoming games.

Thanks to everyone who attended, hope to see you all for a good match up against Wasps Fc on the 28th of October (lunch invite to be sent to patrons/members this week).

We had around 450 for the first home game, and the estimate last Saturday was 320.
