Really enjoyed the Mobbs memorial match last night. Played in fantastic spirit & the rugby on show was very entertaining. Loved the military band entertainment too. Something proud about these nights. The blues played some fine running rugby at times and the commitment was there from the start from both teams. Guest appearances for the blues played well too. Tupai & onajaife showed they have great futures too. One player I was particularly pleased for was Harry Sheppard. After what has been a horrendous season for him regarding his injury & the latest disappointment of finding out he would be leaving the club, his performance was outstanding ! He showed in his performance just how good a player he is. He controlled the game & kicked superbly. Others that need praise too are coulson & Tapley who were clinical in their finishing. Young Joe Green also performed well. Jacob fields is going from strength to strength the more he plays & good to see Ed Taylor getting back up to speed. always good to see the legend that is toops back on the field & playing together with his son Conor. The Army team didnít disappoint either they came and gave their all & scored some fantastic tries themselves. Well done to all who took part & contributed to another fantastic night under the lights at GR.
