I really can’t believe some of the tripe that’s been spouted about by some fans after today’s result. We had a terrible 20 minutes which ultimately cost us the game. Falcons fans (or so called) slagging players off...really constructive!!
We have some very fickle fans.....crikey...we’ve had two tough games and you’d think we were the worst team in the world.

I try and see the glass half full and take heart there's no "Deano out!" posts yet on facebook, and the best way back is to get behind the team and take heart from the second half fight back and 4 try bonus point after a shocking start.
Whilst I advocate free speech,I'm old school & dread / fear that with the game being professional some are heading down the the track of the round ball game ,where some think it's more important than life & death in the words of Bill Shankly and find a friend in facebook where they can tell the world.

As a wise man once said, it’s rarely as good or as bad as it feels at the time.

Any sides facebook (or social media page for that matter) page has very few "genuine fans" and they seem to have real extreme posts. If we're winning, we're going to win the league, if we lose.....you get the point.
I'd take it all with a pinch of salt and see it for what it actually is.

As with Twitter feeds, Facebook pages seem all about getting cheap ‘likes’, forums always appear much more constructive in praise or criticism.

Fair point Pool Falcon. I just get very irritated by some of the destructive comments some so called fans make.

Easy solution - stop looking at Facebook.
It really is such a toxic & addictive entity that the best thing is to just switch it off & find something better to do with your time if you find that it makes you feel that way WF. It isn't everybody's cup of tea, and it sounds like you don't suit it at all.
I have never liked it, a pretty vacuous & flippant means of communication. You certainly can't have any sort of meaningful discussion using it, well I can't anyway.
