Looks like we might be without Daly for a little longer, fingers crossed that it's a minor setback. [www.englandrugby.com]

Jones also stated No 8 Nathan Hughes will stay with the England camp this week to hone his conditioning rather than return to Wasps.

*00llocks. I was hoping he would play against Chiefs.

A fit and firing Hughes is > Thomson, Willis etc.. but not sure about throwing an unfit Hughes into the mix back from injury. He looked well off the pace on Saturday (as is to be expected, really).

Hopefully Taylor is feeling fresh again are soreness/stiffness in his neck and that then also gives us Smashley as a ball-carrying 8 if need be.

Think we're very lucky with our back-row options in general. Even more so with Shields coming in and potentially Carr coming back.

Also, where do we think Daly will end up playing once fit and back for us?

Does he go to 11 over Bassett or 13 of JdeJ?

Some tough calls to make from Dai but a nice problem to have.

11 over Bassett for me every time. Our defence has been in infinitely better shape with JdJ at 13 and he has to start. Muddy 2.

Would be longer than the Transfer Rumours thread within a week! (And it will of course all be Eddie's fault!)
