Oh dear Kyle!
Hopefully nothing serious but he needs to keep himself in check...

Given that the police said it wasn't an incident that required their attention after they found out what had happened, we can be happy that it was nothing at all.

Just the standard thing that the Lions could do without the headlines. But he's had his knuckles rapped, so I guess we're lucky it finished where it did.

It reads more like someone tried to turn nothing into something because he's a Lion -- which he needs to watch out for as well.

Actually the piece is pretty calm and fair, I really meant whoever tried to get him involved in something and then got the police involved (which is how it reads when you see the police response)

"I got scouted by Harlequins because I was playing against the backs coach's son, and I think I got sent off in that game as well," he guffawed.

Brilliant. At least he can laugh at himself.

That would have been Kyle playing for Ironsides against KCS Old Boys where Colin Osborne's son was playing at Kyle's age group level. I used to coach at Wimbledon and Colin was always willing to speak in the bar after games against KCS and never talked down to the chancers like me who was making it up as I went along.

Kyle had his moments on the minis' pitches!

"24 year old in night out in city centre, gets drink, police escort him home."

Him and thousands of others last Saturday night. (Sm16)

Warburton backs Sinckler.

Looks like a case of nothing really happened anyway...

Yes, it's hard to keep writing the same thing 10 times in the same thread, but every bit of reporting, the police's reaction and now Warburton confirm that Kyle did nothing wrong and clearly someone tried it on with them in order to cause trouble.
