My 'guess' is you won't hear much about the 'new' management structure/coach arrangements until both bosses can have some quality time together. With Gustard away on England duty it can't have been easy for him/them.

Sorry, also meant to add that next season hasn't officially started yet (July 1st) so there are still this season's contracts in place for all the coming's and going's

We've gone from a cosy, matey coaching set-up to a matey, cosy coaching set-up. I'm not sure if that is a bad thing although plenty of posters swore blind it was.

Last I heard was minty and Colin Osborne are leaving, nev and Adam Jones are staying and codlling is joining, gustard has left instructions for pre season training whilst he is away, the lads are getting beasted with every stat being monitored so new era and hopefully top 4 next season

Statistically, that is a given.

Genuine question. Of the consensus is that the players are better than the previous seasonís performance would suggest, why doesnít the same apply to the coaches?

Is it possible that Mapletoft will improve as a coach hinder Gustard?

Yeah look, its possible that Mapletoft wasnít the problem.

I personally believe Minty was a big part of the problem and the very matey old boys rubbish...(with no proof at all)

Apologies for the typos. Although ďhinder GustardĒ may be prophetic 🤣
