Well done to Froomie - his calculated gamble in coming to the TdF slightly undercooked seems to have worked. Now he has a chance of success at the Vuelta d'Espania.
Still a lot of effort required to keep the good form going that long, perhaps as illustrated by the sad sight of Quintana, who has been but a shadow of himself in the TdF due to exhaustion on the Giro d'Italia.
