We're top of Pool A so all we have to do is beat Nottingham at Goldington Road tomorrow to secure our quarter final place. Simples.
There's seven changes from the side which beat Ospreys 15-12 last week with both Ollie Dodge and Harry Sheppard injured. In come Rich Lane and Will Hooley with Lee Dickson also starting.

I’m glad that we seem to be holding our own in the league/ cup without help from the ‘special relationship’ down the M1. Just an observation on the season so far. The recruitment of experienced ‘old heads’ has been another key factor along with enhanced leadership on the field. Onwards and upwards
Speaking to those more knowledgeable than I; apparently Ulster cannot put in 1st teamers unless already included in the B&I squad at the outset. This was a B&I stipulation to prevent such an occurrence.
