I'm afraid that, if this is the best analysis Aggie can come up with, he's well wide of the mark. Despite my (and surely our) respect for him, he's being patronising, to say the least.
"Complacency" fails to address the issues which are now, after four successive defeats, pretty deep rooted.
Cov never looked like scoring again in the second half, and had no ability to unlock the stubborn Sedge defence. If Aggie would allow me to suggest, he needs to address the current issues with a more root-and-branch attitude.

Well all the noises that wher coming through the loud speakers on Saturday ! They where to hide the comments being made by the coaching team. It is very hard to come up with something to say when a microphone is placed in front of you straight after another display like last weekend. I would like say that Dave Addleton never says no (Unless otherwise told to) stepping forward to speak. Fair play to him for that. I imagine that many managers, coaches will say things to back up their team. But it is a different tale in the dressing room or training evenings, this of course is how it should be. keep battling on to all our coaching squad. Plus keep the faith you true blue and white fans.

Absolutely right, Mick, and you must have had the pleasure(sic) of seeing Aggie make his comments with his tongue inserted very firmly in the corner of his mouth!
Rest assured, we do still keep the faith.

sorry aggie ,there was far more to the defeat than complacency...this followed a very simliar pattern to the previous home display...which many supporters have mentioned as the two worst games watched at the butts arena...far far more involved than complacency

Our biggest problem is the inability to score tries...

It's difficult to understand Aggie attributing the defeat to complacency, when Cov had had three consecutive losses and Sedgley had been improving. If there was an air of complacency amongst the players, then the coaching team should have disabused them of those thoughts.

From what I saw, there were two poor teams out there. Sedge wanted it more in the end and took an easy win.
Funny how the coaches seem to blame everyone but themselves.
They bring in the personnel and they train them and develop the game plan.
Not good enough from everyone at the club just now and as for PR, a stoney silence.

Work in progress. Well done to all the coaching staff for getting this young side to where we are 18 months into a FOUR year plan. These lads have been punching above their weight so far and if they are good enough to beat Ealing they are good enough to win a lot more games this season, which they will.
