Andrew was one of our three lucky winners in the England v Ireland Legends Competition for tickets to see this year's Stuart Mangan Memorial Cup Match. He writes to thank us and shares his memories of the night plus a couple of photos - Thanks Andrew you are a star!
Many thanks again for the tickets. It really was an excellent nights entertainment.
A great match with some great tries and players showing that despite having hung up their boots they've still got huge talent and in some cases an incredible turn of speed.
Shaun Perry and Dan Scarborough shone for England with both showing they've still got the ability to read the game and break the game line in spectacular fashion.
While for the Irish it was great to see Geordan Murphy playing again rather than running on with a water bottle as he does for Leicester these days.
Barry Everitt pulled the strings for the Irish back line and it was good to watch Jason Leonard and Shane Byrne in a Rugby shirt again even if they didn't move that fast or that far.
A 40 - 33 win for England and a hugely entertaining match
