Shut out at ASM

RC Narbonne and Glasgow Warriors came away from their respective away games at ASM Clermont-Auvergne and Cardiff Blues without a try between them. Indeed, RCNM faild to trouble the Stade Marcel Michelin scorers at all as they were shut out in Clermont-Ferrand.

Narbonne, who remain in 12th place in Top 14 with nine points from their first seven games, are back in action as early as Tuesday night when they welcome 6th placed Agen to Parc des Sports et de l'amite.

Their Round 9 match will see them take on bottom side Bayonne, again at home, and it will be an opportunity to put further distance between themselves and the Basque Country side.

Although they didn't score a try at the Arms Park, Glasgow did manage to get on the board courtesy of three Ben Blair penalties. However, it was a disappointing Warriors performance as the Blues ran out easy 27-9 winners.

Glasgow remain ninth in the Magners League and this coming Friday sees the Warriors' first all-Scottish match in the Magners League as they travel east to take on Edinburgh Gunners at Murrayfield.

GrAN Parma are in action tonight(Sunday) at home against Calvisano and a home win would see them move up to the top three in Super 10.

Next up for GrAN is an trip to Padua to take on Petrarca Padova.
