Bracken pledges himself to Sarries!

Saracens have announced that England’s number one scrum half, Kyran Bracken has committed his future to the Black, Red and White of Saracens for an additional 4 years...

Bracken, who recently turned 30 has spent the last 6 years playing for the Men in Black and certainly considers the London club his home.

In a recent interview with the club Kyran explained "I live and breathe Saracens, and could never really contemplate playing elsewhere, so to sign the new deal is great news for me. Like many other players at the club, there has been more money on offer from other clubs but this is where I belong. I'm confident that I will still be playing the same quality rugby in four years time but I'm just focused on next season for now and to tell you the truth I'm quite excited."

Bracken continued, "We're building a strong team and I'm looking forward to playing behind a powerful pack in September. I would like to thank the fans for their fantastic support last season and urge them to be patient with us. Things are on the up!"

"I was disappointed to have to pull out of the England tour after suffering an ankle injury but I should be fit and ready to start pre-season training in 6 weeks time."

Once again Saracens are looking to bounce back from last seasons disappointing performance. Bracken is one of a number of players who are determined to see Sarries win some silverware within the next year or two.

Earlier this week Darragh O’Mahony pledged his support to the club by extending his contract by a further 2 years. O’Mahony and Bracken will also be bolstered with the arrival of Craig Quinnell, Christian Callifanio and the promise of yet more to come…

So a word of warning to the other Premiership clubs, "Watch out, Sarries are back!"
