Neath met Munster Saturday evening at the Gnoll and Munster reminded Neath why they have been to three Heineken Cup Finals as they took a scrappy Neath side apart.

On Saturday evening at the Gnoll we saw a performance by Neath which could only be described as poor.
In the first half the main error was probably the appauling handling of the ball. Numerous chances to cross the line were missed dew to knock-on's, one by Gareth Llewellen which could have certainly have been a try if he learnt to catch the ball.Neath also made stupid mistakes in defence all through the game which a side of Munster's ability were always going to take advantage of.
Munster's try's came from Mossie Lawler, Frankie Shearhan, Jim Williams and the killer blow from Ronan O'Gara.
Neath began to wake up towards the end of the game and managed a try through replacement hooker Steve Jones but it was certainly to little to late after the worst performance of the season by Neath.
