The Site
The site is on the lookout for a new admin to come in and take the site onwards and upwards. I came back a few months ago, as a few people contacted me as they wanted the site back up and running so people can share their thoughts on rugby and read a few articles, however, with work commitments and other writing commitments I have realised in recent weeks that I just do not have the capacity to keep this site going as well, I wanted to but it is just not possible.

Interview With Faao Filise
It is my pleasure to be able to share with you all, my recent interview with rugby union legend, Faao Filise. The front row forward was an outstanding servant to rugby over many years and a real fan favourite. It was no surprise to find that Faao was an absolute gentleman for this interview and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Faao and also a special thanks to Faao's wife, who played a huge part in Faao joining Cardiff Blues. If you want to know how then please read on.

Breaking News - An interview with the King of Tonga
I am delighted to be able to finally confirm an upcoming interview with Faao Filise. Faao was a great player for Cardiff Blues and is very much loved by the Arms Park faithful. Faao made over 250 appearances for Cardiff over a 13 year period and was part of the sides that won the EDF Anglo-Welsh Cup and two victories in the European Challenge Cup against Toulon and Gloucester respectively.

The Robin-Sowden Taylor Interview
I am really pleased to be able to publish the recent interview I had with Robin Sowden-Taylor. Robin for those who do not know is the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Cardiff Blues and has been in that role for a few years now. I initially interviewed Robin a few years ago when he was in his first year in the role and the interview content was more around his excellent playing career, this interview was more about his role with Cardiff Blues and his hopes for the new season. I hope you enjoy and massive thanks to Robin for finding the time to go through this.
