England fly-half Jonny Wilkinson reveals ‘Metronomics’, the everyday man’s guide to looking good as well as discussing his feelings on the current situation with the national team.

Research released today reveals that British men are finally realising the importance of good grooming.

• 92% of men feel good skin care boosts their confidence and performance
• 50% of men already moisturise everyday as part of their beauty regime
• Two thirds of men feel comfortable using grooming products in the changing room in front of their friends
• 96% of men believe grooming is the last place they would look at cutting back spending

Jonny Wilkinson, known for his good looks as well as talents on the rugby field, is available to discuss how men can remain macho while taking care of their appearance. As well as this Wilkinson cautions the temptation for quick fix situations within the England camp, believing that perseverance, and improving performances week in week out will do the national team the world of good.
