With the Hong Kong Sevens approaching, Gavin Hastings, Gregan, Davies and also former England star Jason Robinson look forward to one of the world's most spectacular sporting fiestas.

On the eve of the 2012 Cathay Pacific / HSBC Hong Kong Sevens, some of the world’s greatest rugby players gathered by Hong Kong harbour for a special tai chi lesson organised by tournament sponsor HSBC. Taking part were Gavin Hastings, George Gregan, Jonathan Davies, Gordon Tietjens, John Kirwan, Johnny Zhang and captain of Hong Kong, Rowan Varty.

Not only did they practice their moves (it was generally agreed that George Gregan was the best, with Gavin Hastings' style in need of some work) the legends also took time out to discuss the forthcoming tournament which starts on Friday March 23rd.

This video features Hastings, Gregan, Davies and also former England star Jason Robinson looking forward to one of the world's most spectacular sporting fiestas.
