Danny Cipriani did his World Cup prospects a power of good against a mediocre Barbarians at Twickers. The 73-12 scoreline was just about right with Christian Wade getting a hat trick ..
But it was Cipriani's intelligent and measured leadership which caught the eye.
Marland Yarde, Ed Slater, Jack Clifford, Danny Cipriani and Christian Wade, twice, crossed for England in the first half, with Brad Thorn responding.
Henry Slade, Josh Beaumont, Wade and Cipriani added more, while Thomas Waldrom scored for the Baa-Baas.

Perspective people ............ my nan would have stood out at 10 playing against the lack lustre folk who were just "on an earner", he's not suddenly the messiah of all 10's!
