Jacques hopes to wear Cov's Blue and White next season...

COVENTRY powerhouse Jacques Le Roux admits he probably won’t play again this season but hopes he has not worn the Blue and White for the final time.
Le Roux is currently working his way back from a broken arm after sustaining the injury on international duty with Portugal.
That break came in the match against Romania on February 2 and he underwent surgery in Portugal a few days later.
The initial prognosis was an absence of between eight and ten weeks, which rules him out until at least mid-April and the trip to Blaydon or potentially the final home match of the campaign against Sedgley Park on April 20.
But the South African-born No. 8 is not sure whether pushing to get back just for a couple of games is worth the risk.
“I could potentially be back for the final one or two games but I might not even take the chance,” Le Roux admitted.
“It might be a better idea to concentrate on getting fit for next season and making sure everything is alright.
“I had the stitches out on Tuesday, the bone still has to heal and then it’ll be a case of building the arm back up again.
“I’ll take it easy, do leg weights and cardio-vascular and try not to sit around eating and getting out of shape.”
Le Roux also admitted he was devastated to pick up the injury at a time when he looked to be returning to his early season form.
In his last match for the club the 28-year-old put in a superb performance in the victory over Loughborough Students before flying off to take part in Portugal’s European Nations Cup campaign.
Then just a few minutes before half-time he went into a tackle and hit his arm against an opponent’s knee.
“I tried to carry on until half-time then I went in and said ‘I think I’ve broken my arm’. The doctor did a test and could hear it cracking inside.
“I had the operation on the following Tuesday and stayed a week before flying back to Coventry.
