Warrington Wolves travel up the A49 on Thursday to face local rivals Wigan Warriors in front of the Sky cameras. The Wolves will be hoping to come away with the 2 league points and climb above the hosts in the Super League table.

Thursday Thriller returns to the DW Stadium this week as Wigan Warriors host Warrington Wolves with both teams looking to put some form together following disappointing starts to 2015. The Wolves currently sit in 5th place with 5 wins from 10 match whilst the Warriors are 3rd with also 5 wins and 1 draw from there 10 matches.

Warrington go into the game on the back of a thumping 80-0 home defeat of Wakefield Trinity Wildcats which seen debutant Declan Patton step up the Wolves and guide the side around the field with his moves and great kicking game. Patton has once again been named in Tony Smith's 19 man squad and will no doubt be relashing his oportunity to shine against a the Warriors and also in front of the TV cameras.

Wigan themselves go into the game following a confidence boosting victory over travel nervy Catalans Dragons. The Warriors will have been pleased to have seen 0 points registered against them and will look to continue there great defenseive efforts this time out when the Wolves head to town.

Battles between Wigan and Warrington have grown in the past decade with both teams now seen as a major force in the Super League. Form book tends to go out of the window on the night and anything can happen when the players enter the field.

Can the Wolves head back to Warrington with the 2 league points? Or will the Warriors make home advantage count?
