At 3:30 on Friday the reports are that Wihan is fine for tomorrows match although David Delaney will have a final check on Saturday morning everything is looking positive.
The realigned pitch looks in a fine state and should not cause any problems tomorrow.
Chairman of Rugby, Graham Dawe, says that we are prepared as best we can be. We have looked at the game play they are likely to play and are prepared, but like any team they could surprise us. We recognise their outstanding players and will try and defend accordingly.
The outcome will depend a number of things including the conditions, who wins the toss, how well we start and how the supporters react to our game. We have got to get the supporters to want to get behind us.
Coventry are a proud club with a rich history and will certainly be coming down with an attitude to win and take away 4 points so if that is not a challenge to our players then nothing is.
On the topic of Ben Gulliver who will be playing against Coventry for the first time since his move from the club over the summer. Graham says that he has just got to try and play his normal game without trying to prove anything to the Coventry players, management or support.
Ben's father, Tony, has played many games for Coventry and is now the Coventry team manager. Which ever way the result goes I am sure he will have mixed feelings at the end of the match.
