Happy Birthday to Jon Marlin

Jon Marlin reaches his 20th birthday on Monday 15th May

 

 To Jon Marlin who is 20 on 15th May

Jon, or Jonny, Marlin will cease to be a teenager on Monday when he reaches his 20th birthday.  Jon has been playing well for the Westcountry Warriors this season with 14 appearances. He has scored a hat trick of tries twice once against Launceston at the end of last year and then again last month against Redruth.  He has made it to the first team once in the Powergen Trophy against Flyde but was not able to hold onto that place due to the strong competition for wing backs.

 

Jon was born in Durban, South Africa, and has captained the Devon under 21 side.  He has plenty of speed and has the potentional to go a long way in Rugby.  A name to watch!
