The Independent Connacht Rugby Supporters Club will be providing live text commentary on Connachts clash with the Borders, in conjunction with live audio reports on Galway Bay FM. We will have post game statistics and opinions from the squad on the result.

82 mins: Warwick TRY! Scores just to the right of the post, as borders try to break out, with McHugh adding the conversion. The final whistle blows!
79 mins: McHugh penalty on the ten metre line, to put Connacht 7 ponts ahead but hits the post. Luckily, Paul Warwick finds himself in some space from the resulting play, to hit over a scrappy drop goal.

68 mins: McHugh penalty gives Connacht the four point gap again. Scots commentators not too happy with this but sure, when ever is a Scots man happy?
63 mins: Penalty to the reivers after indiscipline from Connacht. Kick at goal from MacCrae from 38 metres out, goes over to bring his side back within 1.
62 mins: McHugh boomer goes from his 22 into touch in the borders half.
58 mins: Rob Murphy says, "Muldoon absolutely massive in the tackle earning the last penalty. Players around him acknowledging his efforts."
57 mins: McHugh penalty after Borders hold on in the tackle. It's now 12-16 for Connacht.
53 mins: Reivers penalty on the Connacht line for hands in the ruck after some great pressure. Yapp misses another tackle, and is looking off the pace tonight. MacCrae the Fullback, kicks it to bring the Borders back within one.
