Well it's good to see Alex Cuthbert back, but I'm surprised to see him starting, rather than on the bench.

None of our three front line locks. I suspect that the Johnny's may have injury issues and hope Sam Skinner is just being rested -that is a big call IMO. He has been a key component of our recent lineout improvements and I hope he is not injured. I was expecting a hard fought 5 point haul from this match but if we struggle in the lineout as much as we might that will be really difficult. A bit nervous now!

Just curious but have we ever managed to get Jack Nowell and Alex Cuthbert on the same team sheet?

Can't remember which match it was but we actually had Nowell Cuthbert and Hogg together.
I remember it because someone in the pub (remember those days?) commented ' Three lions in our shirt'. It may even have been an attempt at singing!
Perhaps next season there might be a match where we can put out 6 lions?

On reflection I must have remembered that wrongly. I don't think the pubs could have been open at the time. Perhaps the 'singing' occurred when Hogg's signing was announced.

10 November 19 Vs Bristol. That one best forgotten though!

16 November 19 Vs La Rochelle. Nowell came on as sub for Cuthbert.
Then Cuthbert had hamstring surgery, then Jack ..... etc

The Chiefs will certainly find contrasting, but decidedly large locks playing for the Irish.
Chunya Munga, a local boy, is only 20 and has made just seven starting appearance, while his partner is Australian international Rob Simmons, who has more than 100 Wallaby caps. Both are 6ft 7in tall.
