*screams in Prem Cup Final.
If losing to a Bath C-Team was anything to go buy, this could get graphic.
Chiefs 19 - 43 Bath.
Cueto wasn't in touch, at least in my dreams.

I was hoping for a much stronger and physical team tbh, and on paper we look woefully lightweight in the pack and on the replacements bench. Think we could get blown away upfront and no second row replacement on the bench?
The weather forecast suggests it could be wet and windy and if so a forward based game will play to Bath strengths, cannot see anything other than a very big defeat. Hammersley on the wing is also a worry.
Chiefs 17 Bath 52.

Seems odd not to include Frost but to then have 3 other leavers in the squad. Where’s Iosef Scott and Jack Dunne? And why not run with Coen and Kane James? Now’s the time to give them the experience they need. But good to see Mooney keeping his place.
Hoping for a close game but realistically can see nothing but a large Bath win.

Given that I'm 12 points adrift of KeithBar54 in the predictions table, a tactical call is needed!!
Chiefs 24 - Bath 18
Well, I can dream with the best of them!
In Rob we trust.
By the way - cream on first. There's nothing to debate.

All the Bath fans I know are quaking in their boots about this match (not…) It’s hard to see anything other than a comprehensive steamrollering.
Even so, if I’m to maintain my position at the lower end of the prediction league I’m going to go with:
Chiefs 33, Bath 26

Funny how quickly things can turn around. Two seasons ago Bath were serious candidates for relegation now it looks like they could win the treble (lite).
I dont really know what to think. With the exception of hooker, I quite like our selection. The weather, referee and luck will all play their part as they do in every rugby match but it would be foolish to predict anything other than a Bath win.
There is virtually nothing to win and nothing to lose in the league any more, (Perhaps a challenge Cup slot next season) , so I just want to see a competitive game of rugby, without injuries, without stupid mistakes and with good refereeing.
Bath 37 Chiefs 27 (+ or - 50 points....)

Don't know how to take our selection. Don't think it really matters against this Bath team. Good to see Rusi T back.

The last time we had Anthony Woodthorpe as our referee was the match up at Sale back in December, when we conceded a whole string of penalties at the breakdown against a much more physical pack. The ref probably had to have a few gasps of oxygen after the match from blowing his whistle so much. Let’s hope Mr Woodthorpe has forgotten that particular outing and doesn’t just carry on where he left off (of course, that may depend on whether we just continue where we left off…)

When I see Skinner and Hammersley names on the team sheet I worry.
The only way youngsters can learn is to play in games like these. Coen and Kane should be in the squad

Thinking back to the Bristol game, why not give it a lash! We will probably concede a lot of points but we are capable of scoring some - look at tge Falcons v Saints last night. Bath 42 Chiefs 35.

Like just about everyone else I can't see anything but a heavy defeat, our starting pack is just too lightweight, especially in the back row. Without Ethan and Jacques we have no real physical presence or ball carriers. That's before looking at the bench forwards for both teams, gulp! I think our only hope is to play a fast game and try running it, yes we'll concede a few, but at least we might score a few points. Bath aren't great defensively out wide.

Didn't get the result but really fought for that one. For me the best performance of the season.
