New Season, New Dragon

Well the time has come and the master of the Dragons' Den has hung up his quill and decided to entrust the running of the site to me. Some may say it's the end of an era, but I would like to think of it as the opening of another chapter both for Dragons' Den and for London Welsh. Nigel's running of the site along with Mark's excellent previews are going to be a tough act to follow, but I will try my very best to follow in their footsteps.

As a first article I will keep this one short and sweet, firstly to say many thanks to Nigel and Mark for their continued efforts and front page articles without which the site could not have continued to run and secondly to say that whilst I will be running the site in the background, it is actually your site and should there be any changes or features you would like to see, then please speak up, and within the parameters of SportNetwork we shall try to accommodate your wishes.

It's uncertain times within the club at the moment, but let’s hope that the new season brings with it a bright new future, for both London Welsh and Dragons' Den.

So now the seasons' over it's time to get those DIY tools out, catch up on all those odd jobs that have been neglected, tidy up the garden and maybe even get away on holiday.

We've got the Lions tour to look forward to so keep in touch as I'm sure there are still a few more twists and turns to be had with regards to all things London Welsh, before we start a new season, wherever that may find us.
