Dan Cole will have a job facing Perenise and the same with Ayertza v James.

Bath fan here,

A great preview.

This match outcome more than most, depends on the Ref. We all know that you lot have almost a whole team of first choice players out with injury.

A remarkable achievement for you to be still in the chase.

Salvi and Slater will either share the MotM award or the sin bin as both play so close to the mark. Hence the ref's importance.

Maafi has always been the real nightmare player in our previous encounters as he always seem to have more pace than someone that big should have.

Let's hope for the match to live up to the potential.

Cockers seems to take things very personally sometimes so I would expect him ask for increased pressure on young Ford. That is the way of things and young George will have to cope with that if he has international ambitions as the French do it with amazing regularity.

We are more than hoping to take this one. We know you guys are at less than full strength and we come here almost at 100%. Our best chance in years.

BTW, I think Preistland would have been a better fit for you than Burns.

Best of Luck.

Another great preview Chris.

Perenise will be tight head and James on the Loose.

Should be a great game I just hope Bath defend better than last week. Have a good break in the sun.

Happy new year to you Tigers supporters

A very good preview, I enjoyed that.

If Bowden is injured I like the idea of Williams and Flood playing together ahead of Smith. Only I would let Williams play at 10 and Flood at 12. Flood has the experience and skill to fit in there whilst it could be a step too far for Williams at this stage of his career.

We definitely need someone in there with distribution skills because as soon as Smith partnered Goneva on Saturday you knew the ball wasn't going to get past 13!

Many thanks for another great piece, Chris. I reckon we may have our work cut out on Sunday against the Old Enemy - there's a very evenly-matched look about the two sides, but I hope the WR factor will swing things our way.

We shall miss your insight over the next few weeks, but here's wishing you and Helen a very enjoyable and relaxing break in the sun.

I hope 2014 brings you health and happiness, and look forward to more literary masterpieces on your return.

Repeat 100 times - "read your own research papers (I do an analysis of the previous AP rounds to try and work out what the likely selection by opposition DoRs is likely to be - oh yes there's research going on hereabouts, it's not all guess work) when writing" The props are correct there- ho hum.

I blame it on the drink!!(Sm64)

Sorry about the props being wrong way round but no difference my conclusion.

So it's siesta and cheap booze for you while January trudges it's way through a muddied, weather beaten Drabbyshire .. well, no envy here I assure you, he muttered, trying to sound convincing

But convincing is what I need to believe Tigers will up their game sufficiently to send Barf back to Zummerzet with their tail between their legs, though I earnestly hope they do

I also earnestly hope you enjoy your Spanish sojourn and return to a Tigers ensconced in the top four with a European home quarter to look forward too

Hope does indeed ..... (Sm24)
