Thank you Chris. Another fine offering - though I am astonished by the strength of will to continue striving to make accurate divinations - with all the research and thought, as well as the 'penmanship'that it entails - in the face of the utter randomising effect of the present perversion of the game perpetrated by those gifted a whistle and licence to make it up as they see fit as they go along.
I begin to wonder whether the feebleness of the efforts of those 'professionals' who draft their previews for the mainstream media is a result as much of a simple loss of the will to try in the face of the constant inconsistency and failure to apply the laws objectively and equitably as it is their own inadequacy and partiality.
Perhaps the Sale TH's will have watched Sinckler's methode last week and decided that if that is ok then they may as well join him. But then who knows? This week's comedian, centre stage may decide that is a law he likes - until he tires of it at least! My admiration for the professionalism and restraint of players in the face of such whimsy and incompetence grows weekly.
Anyway - thanks for the effort you go to. I hope you are right but I fear the effect of the referee and his polyhedral die.

Many thanks, Chris, for another great preview.
I note that we shall have JP Doyle presiding over the hostilities, so let's hope for fewer arbitrary decisions, and enough nous on Tigers' part to comply with his interpretations. A big ask, perhaps, but I live in hope, as he's not normally one to seek the limelight for himself....

Many thanks, Chris - I see that Braid has had an operation on his knee and will not be playing.

Hope all goes well for Braid but his unavailability is good news for us.

After some bitter words from Sale fans at our last game with them at WR and afterwards I said I would never go to their place again, but have decided to support our lads. My family will be there tomorrow fighting the traffic and trying to park.
Ace preview as ever Chris, mate.

How did it go for you Bob ? The Tigers fans chat I chatted with pre-game all seemed to be enjoying themselves (& I imagine that eveyone post game went home happy as well !)
Even the parking/traffic and weather was rugby friendly.

It went very well. Having taken the advice from the Sale board to continue up the M6 to J21 then drive back down the A57, all was silky smooth traffic wise. We parked then had a family picnic at Barton aerodrome. The sun shone all day and my team won.
All was well. I used to have more engagement with Sale fans at Edgeley park mind. Out on the edge of E block, I was sat amidst the sevenoaks rugby team and lots of Tigers.
But we had a fine day, thanks

I'm glad that you enjoyed your day in the North West (except for the pong !)
