I thought he made a real difference when he came on. He looks a remarkable find.

Absolute class, I think he may be the star of the season, and if anyone can lift the side out of the mire, it’s him. I just hope and pray he stays healthy and available for as long as we need him!

Not a find because he was hardly unkown before we signed him but more like a highly skilled physical player who above all else is totally committed to giving his absolute best every time he goes onto the pitch to Tigers and his team mates

He's even better than I expected though.
There are some players for whom the physicality of the contest is almost existential - who are almost defined by the collisions and the physical contest. It's a cliche I find a bit uncomfortable to describe them as warriors but I'm a bit unsure how else to descibe that unwavering drive to win that physical contest. Jordan seems to typify it. He just seems to relish the 'battle'.
I think it's a very long time since we've had anyone quite like that.
Ok we're not there yet but I watch him and Tomas, and Gengey - and a couple of others - and think: 'there's a bloody good pack in there if we can just get everyone pulling in the right direction'.

Rich: 'there's a bloody good pack in there if we can just get everyone pulling in the right direction'.
Think that is what Stanko is doing

And when Borthwick gets his hands on them as well, we should really start to look to be on our way back.

Absolutely - but his remit is limited.
