Murphy also added that, with the New Year beginning, Tigers would begin looking “outside of the environment” for additions to the club.
“Now, with the New Year beginning, we’ll begin looking outside of the environment as well to guys who we can bring in to the environment and add to our group and what we’re trying to build in Leicester,” said Murphy.

I really think people on here overreact when coaches use some words.
Environment, Culture etc all mean the same thing and all coaches use the words.

I've been gone too long. I'd forgotten this kind of pin head dancing.

Just a light hearted observation AW. No need to get all bent out of shape. But of course your comment is duly noted.

Wait till he says, when commenting on a large Tigers defeat, that it was "circumstantial" then he will have gone full MO`C dolphin speak , until then , we will give him some latitude.

Talking of light-hearted banter, Munster medic get suspended ban and £1700 fine for informing Jamie George that he's a bit on the tubby side and has a similar personality to an 11th century King of England, Norway and Sweden.

Bit rough for telling the truth?

Although he is a Munsterman so should have been more!

Unlucky really that he's coming through at the same time as Tom Hardwick. And Ford potentially still has a decade left as a player, too.

In my book we should bust a gut to keep him, he's a class apart.

I agree. Wasn't very impressed with Hardwick yesterday.

I thought Hardwick did quite well, he kept a cool head and showed some maturity, his kicking and distribution was ok too, he has a lot to learn, but did well I thought. Indeed no one had a real howler, but some of the starting 15 couldn't seem to get over the gain line and we did with some ease with the replacements on. Those who played got some valuable experience yesterday.

Indeed, I'm struggling to think of something that Hardwick did wrong. He wasn't at fault defensively for any of their scores, didn't give away any penalties, kicked his goals and made some nice attacking plays. Not bad at all for a young lad in a hostile away atmosphere.
