I'm sure they'd have taken all this to the recycling centres had they remained open.

What else could they do?

And some have taken the trouble to deposit their litter 2m away from other peoples litter.

So much negativity.

I can understand the argument , if you close the car parks the roads will be gridlocked and not opening public toilets is storing up some serious health probs. but we have to take the situation as it is for the moment.

Didn't think that the car parks were closed? Just full?

Turn this on its head. If the local authority opened the toilets and somebody caught the virus from there then they'd decide to sue the authorities in this litigious age, I'm sure the media would highlight it and fan the flames of the "inept local authority".

So considerate to let 2 litter pickers work at the same time!

Well at least it gave the Coastguard something to do.

You know there's a marvellous invention - bit of a new-fangled thing but I hear they're reaaly quite useful - they call it a 'mobile telephone' - and you can call people and even send messages to them using it. It's supposed to be very useful when you get separated or have to meet up and you haven't arranged a time and place.

I think that marriage has problems!

Yorkie, you are quite right but these people would do this in normal times, you wouldn't, I wouldn't, doubt very much if anyone on this board would . I am not defending them, knowing the toilets were closed would stop mr travelling
