I've never had a problem taking water in, with the lid still on. Alcohol might be more of a problem. If in doubt I'd suggest tucking an extra lid or two in your back pocket.

There's a small paddock under the West Stand where you can leave them, though at the end of the game you must Sika out. If she's blind there's no charge but for proof of that I've no eye deer.

if you need to smuggle sopmething in to HQ, the fez is a useful diversion. just enough room for a hip flash and the youngsters never ask you to remove it
