Difficult to see too many of Sarries squad wanting to move to us. They will be wanting to retain their salaries and international hopes and we're not in prime spot for either of those.

We may indirectly benefit from a general oversupply of players - hence a general reduction on wage demands that could allow us to pick up one or two players we may not have thought possible (or indeed retain one or two that may have been tempted elsewhere).

If I could take a dip into their squad and take a couple of players - Skelton is a monster, a player we could really use to get over the gain line; and Wray is a top player who is probably unlucky not to be more capped. As folks have said though, more likely they will stay more local to London or take a French pay day......

Unfortunate for Wray to same name as Sarries disgraced Chairman but certainly a great prospect.

Never really understood why Wray never got an England call up considering some of the players getting called up. At 29, I'd hardly call him a prospect.

by accepting Saracens players for a season, we just help them. Even if they pay the loan, it doesn't help us the season after.
