Thought you guys may want to read this. A brilliant insightful interview with Joe Batley. He speaks unbelievably highly of JT and Iro and the methods they use. I really enjoyed reading it.

Good interview but thought there were only 2 cruciate ligaments in a knee- anterior and posterior

Anterior, Lateral, Medial and Posterior

But only two of the four are cruciate. The medial and lateral ligaments don't cross over.

Technically, you may be right but they are all termed as anterior cruciate ligament or lateral cruciate ligament etc.

As a newbie, I hesitate to correct my seniors,but there are two collateral ligaments,one medial,one lateral,and two cruciate ligaments,one anterior and one posterior.

Exactly only two cross in the knee hence their name ‘cruciate’. So a bit of a mistake in the article
