Interesting reading all.
We need to think outside the box, yesterday is history, we need to live in the moment as this moment will shape our future.
Have a great day against those Pirates, check them out for French brandy as it still goes on down there you know.
Cheers Blue'n Whiters. (Sm109)

Clearly, Telly1 is an educational illiterate. He can't spell, construct a sentence or present a cohesive argument. He has no business acumen or an interest in rugby, his comments about SISU give this away.

His latest post above clearly indicates that he partly blames Coventry RFC for CCFC's second exodus from the city. He obviously hates the fact that the rugby club worked WITH the city council, to cement its position at the BPA following the Mr Green debacle (is Telly1 he perhaps?).

SISU do not have the resources to support the football club in a stadium, other than the Ricoh as tenants. Hopefully very soon the EU commission will respond to their speculative and vexacious complaint against Coventry City Council. We know at Cov RFC the council would have worked with CCFC if SISU had not tried to fleece ratepayers by getting the freehold on the entire Ricoh site including car parks and adjoining waste land, for a pittance price of 8.75 million plus 2.75 million to Higgs. The lease was purchased for 19.25 million plus 2.75 to Higgs, so 10.5 million more for a lease on land the council continue to own. A good deal for ratepayers and Higgs.

If Cov do owe 806k as Telly1 states (which I doubt), the BPA's lease alone is worth considerably more. Let alone the diverse business, particularly now having a 4g pitch.

So Telly1, you are completely and utterly wrong, put your blunt axe away because the regrind hasn't worked.

The club probably will owe 800k or whatever is shown on the balance sheet in the latest filed accounts online. What it won't show in the notes is who to, although a chunk would probably be to Jon Sharp. Nothing to worry about.
