There are several changes in the Pirates' starting line-up from the one that ran out against Bedford Blues last weekend.
At full-back, there is a return to action for Iwan Price-Thomas, with Harry Yates switching from midfield to wing.
Joe Elderkin will partner Chester Ribbons in the centre, whilst Will Becconsall makes his first start for the Pirates at Scrum half in place of the injured Dan Hiscocks.
In the forwards, there is a start for hooker Morgan Nelson, whilst prop Billy Young and flanker Luke Ratcliff come into the side in place of the currently injured duo James French and John Stevens.
Loanee centre Harry Ascherl from Exeter Chiefs, who has also played for Bristol Bears, gets a place on the bench.

This will be a big test for our injury hit squad against a strong Chinnor side who beat us convincingly at home.
A tremendous performance from the Pirates squad secured a 4 try bonus point win against 5th place Chinnor.
The scores were level at 7-7 after a very even opening quarter despite the pirates playing with a strong wind at their backs.
The pirates dominated the 2nd quarter to score a further 3 tries to lead 24-7 at the break.
Huge credit to the pirates squad as they continued to dominate their opponents for the majority of the 2nd half whilst playing against the wind and run out worthy winners and denying Chinnor a losing 4 try bonus point.
A magnificent effort by the whole squad with a sound set piece and fantastic continuity between forwards and backs producing some outstanding tries.

After yesterday's excellent win we are definitely back in the mix ahead of a tough away game at unbeaten league leaders Ealing.
We then have a week off before the visit of Coventry (4th) followed by our last game away to Hartpury which could be a play-off decider.
