The guys put out a fantastic second-half performance at home against Coventry. Perhaps that is an over-simplification: we destroyed them physically in the first half so the second half reaped the rewards. But us punters let the side down. Despite excuses such as the kids on holiday and Mothers' day, we need to do better. Only 1271 official spectators turned up for what was a good Championship match.
We are now safe from relegation and have already proved we can mix it with the best, what more to achieve? Well we have a really good group of players who want to maximise our league position and certainly do not want to lose.
The local derby against Donny is a real Yorkshire grudge match. Donny are not best pleased by our adoption of the Yorkshire moniker, something we away supporters witnessed first hand at Castle Park.
So to the point: are we going to get out in numbers on Sunday to support our team who are in really good form?
Rant over.
Last time the most pessimistic guesses were still way above the mark, so the lowest three took the spoils. Congrats to Hornchurch for three points, John R got second and Redcar picked-up one point for third.
This means that we now have a really exciting table, with Hornchurch coming up on the rails to equal Albert's score!

I'm going to be optimistic again in the hope that a lot of the non regular fans will want to say farewell to a lot if not all of this fantastic group of players. Staying with 2350.
Some say he has a Tykes flag with team signatures on.
Others say that he's doing the same to the Carnegie flag,
All we know is that he's called Leeds carnegie signed flag.
Not a bad guess that, I’m quite pleased with myself
