COCA COLA, the sponsors of The Football League have announced details of a new competition and it needs your help.
Coca Cola have given fans the chance to buy a player for the total of £250,000 (the same price Wolves paid Villa for Rob Edwards) for their club.
The drinks company will stump up the money and one lucky fan will get to present the club with the money - which will then be spent on a new player or players. The winning fan will also win £10,000 to spend as they wish.
Fans can enter in support of their club and so far, the response from Wolves fans has been poor. Wolves are currently placed 52nd in the list of clubs, with a poor 241 entries.
QPR are top with just 2520 entries - a total which can easily be chased.
So here is what to do. Visit www.coca-colafootball.co.uk/ and enter, or put "Player Wolverhampton Wanderers" in an SMS and send it to 80089. (Txts will cost between 10-12 pence) Fans can also enter as many times as they wish, but must limit their entry to one a day.
Here is a chance for the Wolves fans to shine. With your help Wolves can top this list and have an even greater chance of winning the player and as the money at Molineux appears to have dried up, we need all the help we can get.
Can we make it past the 500 entries mark by tomorrow? Go on, Enter!
Keep and eye on Wolves position - 241 entries at the time of publish.
