Not quite, he is the better 10 at present but Fin likely to develop over the remainder of this season and the start of next, probably force is way to No1 by end of next season.

Saints forum very pleased with their team, and feel that they have a really strong bench.

Saints fan here (Dad from Worcs so always follow your results keenly) - think this will be a close one. We have gone for a small, light back line so hoping our forwards can get one over on yours I assume! Happy to see Venter on the bench, really rate him. Good luck all- here’s to a good game

Yes, it should be a close game, hopefully.

I really want Warriors to win but at present can't see where we will score from so I am going for a small win to Saints by 6

I think that we will gift them an early lead with a daft couple of penalties, fight back to make it close at half time, and they will stretch away when the subs are made.

Praying to eat some of my favourite pie though.

Again I will be happy with a LBP, we are at risk of be ing in a Rotherham or London Welsh situation.

I cannot for the life of me understand how we losing by 8 points. Ref doesn’t seem to be giving us holding on pens, hill had him in that last play.

Searle defensively caught twice, unsure why he was on the wing for the last try.

Ashton, clearout daft and dangerous. Impact to me looked like shoulder, but was too close to neck.

Until 50 minutes we have dominated the game.

It is a card. A yellow card for the shoulder on shoulder barge. No wrap what so ever. Silly at best. From a senior play that is terrible.

My gripe with this is the poor camera angles did not help. Nick David almost lost his head last week with clear head contact which was shown in one reply. Where is the consistency? We’ve been on the wrong end of two decisions with this.

How many knock ons.

This is beyond a joke!! How is it possible to knock the ball on your drop the ball everytime we get into the 22!

We’ve been terrible but the ref has been as bad.

It’s good to see the fact we have done well in territory and possession .

But it makes the screw ups ten times harder to cope with. We should have 4 tries under our belt by now.

They haven’t been. The fault in the back 3 was ashton’s red

It is actually comical how bad we are. Sh1te.

We are simply unable to convert the time spent in the opposition 22 into points. Not just this game but EVERY game! I don’t think I have ever seen a team cough the ball up so often, either through cock ups or penalties. Couldn’t even watch until the end.

There were four full internationals in our back five starting line-up plus Hougaard , so no lack of experience in the backs. Average age of the starting XV was 27 so hardly a young callow side. At least 11 of the starting XV will be with us next year plus we hope Schonert.

Absolute shambles. We only ever seem to have a few players that are decent at a time and never a decent full squat that will take up above the bottom two. Closest we’ve been to a squad that’s competitive was when we still had Adam’s and heem but even then some glaring gaps desperate to be filled with a good player. Until we manage to attract players and make them stay to build a full squad it’ll be what we’ve been seeing for years on repeat. I think for that we need a proven and a proper DOR someone like diamond. JT and all his mates are not our drivers to success . Our problems lie deep deep down which will not be fixed but by a rookie captain of the ship.

There’s no-one there to counter his views and drive them on(no-one is perfect).

They are all mates together and that is not a recipe for success, as they will talk themselves out of responsibility of failure.
