The Blacks v The Jacks

Neath and Swansea will battle it out again on the 6th of September at St.Helens as both sides look to get a cricial win under their belts in the old local derby.

Last season, Swansea denied Neath the Welsh-Scottish League title as they watched two agonising Gavin Henson drop goals sail over and kill the blacks title dreams. However this this time out Neath will be desperately looking for revenge as they look to improve on last years reletavely successfull Celtic League campaigne. Last week Neath managed a 25-8 win against caerphilly in what was a pretty dissapointing performance in which Neath should have earned a bonus points. However Swansea had a more dissapointing start to the campaigne as they went down to the Edinburgh Gunners at Myreside, i'm sure both sides will rise to the occasion though at St.Helens next Friday for the local derby when the old rivals meet again.
