Cost of new stadium + new Athletic stadium + Indoor Gym + Retail Park £53m

City responsible for £16m - mainly from sale of Ninian Park plus £5m contract on sale of executive seats/boxes

Ground that council are donating for stadium is worth £40m
In addition council is paying 70% of stadium costs from the monies paid by retailers
New blue chip retailer soon to be announced - my guess is M & S."
