New Zealander, Xavier Rush confident in Kiwi’s, but says Wales have the best chance in the Southern Hemisphere.

Former All Black and current Cardiff Blues captain, Rush, believes Wales have the best chance of beating the Kiwi’s than any other side ahead of next weekends massive showdown match.

 

The number 8 featured as a pundit on BBC’s Scrum V on Sunday, and though backing his country to victory in the Millennium Stadium on Saturday, he said he was in the belief that Wales will be New Zealand’s biggest challenge of their European Autumn tour.

 

His thoughts were today echoed by team-mate Ben Blair. The mini kiwi, who put in a man of the match display against Connacht, believes the Blacks are beatable, and if Wales play to their full attacking potential.

 

Xav donned a smart suit for the evening rugby show, and also admitted that the Blues performance Vs Connacht was poor, but they’d be doing their utmost to prevent any such rubbish in future matches.

 

Rush recently recovered from a injury that’s saw him sidelined for the best part of a month. He has 18 months remaining on his Cardiff contract, and this season took over the captaincy from Rhys Williams.
