Who Am I Quiz?

It's that time again to try to guess the rugby personality. I will give you a few clues and then it's over to you. The very best of luck!
Who Am I Quiz?
- I was born in Cardiff.
- My first senior first-class rugby side was with Pontypridd.
- After playing for Pontypridd, I played for Newport and South Wales Police before joining Cardiff in 1988.
- I made my international debut in 1987 coming on as a replacement against England in the Five Nations.
- In total, I played 28 times for my country including two World Cup campaigns. I scored two tries during that time.
- My career with Cardiff lasted five years. I played 76 times, scoring 11 tries in the process.
- After leaving Cardiff I played for a number of clubs including Bristol, before getting into coaching.
